30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Non-returnable items

Opened chemicals and consumables, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale. Any exceptions are noted on the product page.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
