Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99.
- Flat-rate standard shipping applies to orders under $99, calculated at checkout.
- Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship, depending on your location.
Returns
If something is not right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to start a return
Head to our Contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return, and our team will send you return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, certain items such as opened chemicals, consumables, and clearance items are final sale. This will be noted on the product page where it applies.
